How many bundles do you put in a wig?
We put a minimum of three bundles of hair in every ready to wear wig that is over 18 inches which increases the durability of the wig. We may use less than three bundles of hair for ready to wear wigs that are below 18 inches due to the thickness of short hair and to achieve a desired style.
How many grams are in each bundle?
There are 100 grams of hair in each bundle used for our ready to wear wigs.
How long does it take to make a wig?
It takes up to 7 days to complete a custom closure or frontal wig.
What’s the difference between frontal and closure wigs?
Frontal wigs have a large piece of lace that is placed from ear to ear, which allows for more styling options and are usually 13×4 inches in size. Closures have a small piece of lace that can be placed on the centre or on the side of your hair which allows for one parting and are usually 4×4 inches or 6×6 inches in size.
How long can my wig last?
If cared for properly your wig can last for years. Due to the delicate nature of closure and frontal wigs, please take care when brushing, combing, styling, and colouring your wig.

Why is my wig shedding?
Improper care will cause your wig to shed. To ensure that there is little to no shedding you should comb your wig gently from the tip to the root. Avoid extremely oily or greasy haircare products. Don’t use adhesives. Properly prepare your wig for washing and avoid using extremely hot water.
How should I care for my wig?
Wash your wig regularly with a sulphate-free shampoo. Use a good serum to keep the hair moisturised (we recommend an Argan oil serum). Deep condition using a hydrating hair mask. Your wig is made of real human hair hence it needs the same love and care your natural hair does in order to retain its healthiness and beauty. For wavy and curly texture we recommend using a leave in conditioner and a light serum to seal in the moisture.
Which hair texture is best for me?
I mean, do you really have to choose just one? I mean, give them Brenda, LaTisha, Linda, Felicia, Dawn, LeShaun, Ines, and Alicia, Teresa, Monica, Sharron, Nicki, Lisa, Veronica, Karen okay, maybe not Karen. We believe anyone can rock any hairstyle they want, however; it’s all about how much time and care you are willing to put into maintaining the hair. Straight hair requires the lowest amount of maintenance of all the textures, and it’s the most versatile. Tighter, curlier, or wavier textures are great for that put on and go look, but in reality they require more time and care than the straighter or looser textures.
How do I care for my natural hair underneath the wig?
Always wear a wig cap underneath your wig. Avoid gluing your wig down daily or having your wig on too tight. Always maintain a haircare regimen even when you aren’t wearing wigs; such as deep conditioning, washing, and moisturising your natural hair. We recommend styling your hair in cornrows or braids before wearing a wig.
Orders & Returns
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order send an email to hello@naledihq.com or send a message using the form on our contact page. Please include your order ID in your email or message. Once your cancellation has been processed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address you used to place your order. You will either not be charged or receive a refund for the cancelled products.
Will there be Custom Fees?
Depending on where you live you may need to pay customs fees or duty charges. The customs policy is different in each country and the fee is usually based on the weight, value, and size of the item being delivered.
If your order has a customs fee the parcel will be held at your local delivery depot or post office. You will receive a notice from the courier service to inform you about the customs fee and instructions on how to pay.
Why has my order not arrived?
If your order didn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date please check your delivery confirmation email to confirm that the address you entered was correct. If the address is incorrect, contact us to let us know so we can update your address and re-ship your product as soon as the delivery courier returns it.
If the delivery address you entered was correct your order may be held up at your local depot due to a customs fee. If you didn’t receive a notice to inform you about a customs fee please send an email to hello@naledihq.com or send a message using the form on our contact page. Please include your order ID and tracking ID in your email or message.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days to inform us that you would like to return a product. This begins when you receive the product. Once we start the returns process you will have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

How do I send an item back?
Once we start the returns process we will email you a return address. If you are returning a product over £50 GBP ($75 USD) please consider using a shipping service with tracking or buying shipping compensation in case the product is lost in transit.
Note: When returning your item you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
